What Data We Collect

  • Things you type: form submissions (name, email, phone, company, message), meeting bookings.
  • Operational artifacts (clients only): device IDs (IMEI/eSIM IDs), route/usage info you choose to share for assessments.
  • Technical basics: IP address, browser/OS, pages viewed, timestamps; used for security and performance.
  • Account/Support: emails, tickets, and attachments you send us.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (health, precise geo, etc.) unless you provide them for a business purpose—and then only with need-to-know access.

Cookies & Analytics

  • Essential: security, session, load balancing (cannot be turned off).
  • Preferences: remember choices (e.g., forms); optional.
  • Performance/Analytics: site improvement; optional.
  • Embedded content: when we embed calendars, videos, or forms, the provider may set its own cookies.

We advise against uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors could extract location data from images on the site. You can control non-essential cookies via your browser and (if present) our cookie banner.

If You Use Comments/Uploads

  • Comments: we store the comment, timestamp, IP, and user-agent to prevent abuse.
  • Avatars/Gravatar: if enabled, an anonymized hash of your email may be sent to check for an avatar.
  • Media: avoid uploading images with EXIF location data; visitors could extract it.

Why We Use Data

  • Provide and secure the site, respond to inquiries, deliver assessments, and perform contracted work.
  • Improve services, debug issues, prevent fraud/abuse.
  • Meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share only with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, ticketing) under confidentiality/DPA terms.
  • Legal/compliance requests when required by law.

How Long We Keep It

  • Website logs: 90 days
  • Contact/lead forms: 24 months
  • Support tickets & emails: 36 months after closure
  • Client records (contracts, invoices, project docs): 7 years (tax & audit)

We’ll retain longer if required by law or a dispute.

  • Access/Correct/Delete your data (subject to legal holds).

Security

We use encryption in transit, least-privilege admin access, MFA for admin systems, and vetted vendors under DPAs. No internet service can be perfectly secure; we’ll notify you of any legally notifiable breach.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 16.
